这件贲巴壶以天然缠丝玛瑙为器身主体，取整块玛瑙随形雕琢而成，器体通透温润，天然形成的灰褐、奶白、浅黄缠丝纹理如水波流云般自然流淌，玉石独有的细腻光泽内敛柔和，不经人工繁复雕琢便自带浑然天成的雅致气韵。匠人选取质地匀净、无明显杂裂的玛瑙料修磨器型，整体呈修长扁圆瓶身，收腰束颈，下承莲瓣纹鎏金圈足，线条流畅舒缓，上窄下稳的器型比例平衡大气，兼具实用礼器的端庄与陈设器物的灵动。玛瑙质地坚密温润，触手细腻冰凉，天然层次纹路环绕瓶身，为后续纹饰铺陈出富有层次的天然底色，是整件器物最质朴珍贵的基底。
This Penba pot takes natural banded agate as the main body of the vessel, carved from a whole piece of agate following its natural shape. The vessel body is translucent and warm, with naturally formed gray-brown, milky white and light yellow banded textures flowing naturally like ripples and flowing clouds. The unique delicate luster of jade is subtle and soft, possessing an unrefined elegant charm without complicated artificial carving. Craftsmen selected uniformly textured agate materials without obvious cracks to grind the vessel shape. The overall shape is a slender flat round bottle body with a narrow neck and a lotus-petal gilt foot at the bottom. The lines are smooth and soothing, and the proportion of the narrow top and stable bottom is balanced and grand, combining the solemnity of practical ritual vessels and the agility of display ornaments. The agate has a dense and warm texture, smooth and cool to the touch, and natural layered lines surround the bottle body, laying a layered natural background for the subsequent decorations, serving as the simplest and most precious foundation of the whole artifact.
壶口与流部统一设计为凤首造型，鎏金金属包裹塑造成凤凰昂首之态，凤喙精巧微张，凤冠层叠舒展，羽翼纹路錾刻细密清晰，发丝般的羽纹层层排布，将瑞鸟凤凰华贵灵动的姿态完整还原。瓶颈通体錾点白地圆点纹样，错落排布如同星子落于深褐底色之上，颈肩衔接处环绕一圈宽幅鎏金箍带，箍带表面满工錾刻缠枝卷草纹，线条回旋缠绕，纹饰繁复却疏密得当，金属鎏金色泽醇厚明亮，与暗沉温润的玛瑙形成冷暖材质的鲜明碰撞。壶侧延伸出弯曲鎏金流口，流身外壁同样錾刻花卉纹样，鎏金包镶严丝合缝贴合玛瑙边缘，金属包镶工艺精巧牢固，将贵金属与天然玉石两种材质完美相融，尽显传统细作工艺的精湛水准。
The spout and mouth of the pot are uniformly designed as phoenix heads, wrapped and molded with gilded metal to form the posture of a phoenix holding its head high. The phoenix beak is exquisitely slightly open, the phoenix crown stretches in layers, and the feather patterns are finely chiseled and clear, with hair-like feather lines arranged layer by layer, fully restoring the luxurious and vivid posture of the auspicious phoenix bird. The whole bottleneck is chiseled with dotted white round patterns, scattered like stars falling on the dark brown background. A wide gilded hoop belt surrounds the joint of the neck and shoulder, fully carved with tangled grass patterns on the surface. The lines twist and wind, and the complicated decorations are properly spaced. The mellow and bright color of gilded metal forms a distinct collision of cold and warm materials with the dark and warm agate. A curved gilded spout extends from the side of the pot, and the outer wall of the spout is also carved with floral patterns. The gilded wrapping fits tightly against the edge of the agate. The exquisite and firm metal wrapping craft perfectly integrates precious metal and natural jade, fully demonstrating the superb level of traditional fine craftsmanship.
瓶身四面分饰三段连贯的人物狩猎故事图景，以金线勾边填绘彩料的工艺绘制画面，金线条纹利落挺拔，牢牢勾勒出物象轮廓，蓝、黑、红、白、黄矿物彩料填色饱满鲜亮。主画面绘身着游牧长袍的骑射人物，人物头戴毡帽，手握弯弓侧身回望，身下骏马四蹄腾空，鬃毛飞扬，马鞍辅以青绿纹饰点缀，人物神情舒展，动态十足，完整还原古代游牧骑射狩猎的经典场景。侧面画面绘奔腾猎犬，猎犬身形矫健，身披五彩饰带，踏浪向前，远山以层叠青蓝色块简化勾勒，下方鎏金线条錾刻波浪水纹，层叠波纹横向铺开，山水、走兽、人物彼此呼应，构成一幅叙事完整、层次丰富的狩猎长卷。
Three consecutive pictures of character hunting stories are decorated on the four sides of the bottle body, painted with the craft of gold line outlining and color filling. The neat and upright gold lines firmly outline the outline of objects, and the mineral color materials of blue, black, red, white and yellow are fully and brightly filled. The main picture depicts a mounted archer wearing nomadic robes. The figure wears a felt hat, holds a curved bow and looks back sideways. The steed under him gallops with its mane flying, and the saddle is decorated with green patterns. The figure has a relaxed expression and full movement, fully restoring the classic scene of ancient nomadic mounted archery hunting. The side picture depicts a gallanting hound with a vigorous figure, wearing a colorful ribbon and stepping forward on waves. Distant mountains are simply outlined with layered cyan-blue color blocks, and gilded lines chisel layered wave patterns spreading horizontally at the bottom. Mountains, beasts and figures echo each other, forming a complete and layered hunting scroll with a coherent narrative.
